C&G Certificate Module 4, Chapter 4 - Paper Making

I experimented using paper pulp, egg box pulp and napkin pulp.  The paper pulp was the strongest and very easy to colour. The egg box pulp was thick and lumpy when dried and the paper napkin pulp was thinner and more delicate to handle. The best one for sewing into is the ordinary paper pulp which took colours well.

Paper made from napkin pulp, with 'burning bush' leaves embedded, then painted with liquid wax to prevent the leaves falling out. The wax has made the leaves shiny and they have stayed in place.

Napkin pulp, overlaid with string, spray painted with silver paint and then strings removed. Painted with liquid wax to keep the glitter on the paper. (It worked!)

A interesting design by extending the length of the 'k'.
